I ask questions persistently and relentlessly. I'm never afraid to say that I don't know something or need deeper insights or guidance on anything I study. I'm a reformer-at-heart, so I always look at ways to refine methods or systems to ensure process-efficiency in any given situation or team.
My default is to look at things from a positive light despite the odds. I’m a bit plucky that way, but it’s always served me well in seeing the opportunity for positive outcomes in challenging situations.
