When I made the decision to join MU/DAI. I thought a lot about how I wanted to be viewed by my kids, if I wanted to be seen as a risk-taker or someone who always plays it safe, and how I wanted to describe my workday. Working for a smaller firm presents some risk, but after meeting the team and seeing their talent level, I was in. I knew that if we failed it wouldn’t be due to lack of talent and ambition.
Contributing to my children’s educations. I’m reliving my childhood through their eyes and I find myself learning from them as much as they learn from me.
I don’t see insurmountable problems. I see challenges with constraints.
