Daniel Martin

Program Manager, Catalyst, Detective

When was the last time you took a leap of faith?

When I made the decision to join MU/DAI. I thought a lot about how I wanted to be viewed by my kids, if I wanted to be seen as a risk-taker or someone who always plays it safe, and how I wanted to describe my workday. Working for a smaller firm presents some risk, but after meeting the team and seeing their talent level, I was in. I knew that if we failed it wouldn’t be due to lack of talent and ambition.

How do you feed your curiosity?

Contributing to my children’s educations.  I’m reliving my childhood through their eyes and I find myself learning from them as much as they learn from me.

How do you stay positive?

I don’t see insurmountable problems. I see challenges with constraints.
